1. Launch Tune4mac iTunes Audio Converter. Click "Preferences">"Keep Chapters".

Note: "Keep Chapters" only works when you choose AAC as output format. If you choose MP3, the chapters won’t be preserved.

2. Set output format as "AAC (m4a) or AAC (m4b)".

3. Add audiobook into converter by clicking "Add" button.
