What's the differences between Spotify Audio Converter and other Spotify converter tools?

1: Run it and click "Spotify Audio Converter > Registration" on the upper right or directly click the "key" icon from the main interface to register your program.

2: Fill the blanks with your Email address and Code you have received from the email. Then click OK.

What can I do if I get the message "Invalid Code" when trying to register?

1: First please make sure that you have downloaded the right program.

2: The registration code is case sensitive. And, please do not add blank at the beginning or the end of the word. You can also copy and paste the Email address and Code into the registration popup dialog.

3: If you are sure that you are running the right program and following the direction but still get the error message, please contact our support team for help.

Why I can only convert the first 3 minutes of each audio and can only convert 3 songs each time?

Please set the output format as AAC, bitrate as 320kbps and have a try. To customize output settings, please open program preferences by clicking Menu Bar > Settings or directly clicking the Setting button on the main interface. Then, set "AAC" as output format, "320kbps" as output quality in the pop-up window.

How to find the two log files of the program?

Just find the menu button on the upper right corner and click on File > Show Log File, A window which contains the log files would pop up. They are Spotify.log and Application.log.
